The InterUrban project of Ballenas Developers

Another successful project completed by Sky-Side. This project is located in 14 Begbie St. in New Westminster, BC. It included:

– Vehicular traffic coating on five levels of parking stalls.

– Pedestrian traffic coating on balconies, eyebrows and mechanical rooms

This 18 level project include more than 52,000 sf of vehicular and pedestrian traffic coating.

We used Carlisle CCW products on this project. This project was completed on 2010 and so far (2017) shows “cero failures” none!

After this project we did another project “the Westbank tower” for Ballenas Developers.
